SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders from TRIMM Copenhagen are delivered with the shipping company Dachser, smaller orders are shipped with UPS. We normally ship within 10 weekdays, depending on the size of the order. If you purchase items in backorder, a longer delivery time should be expected. Should there be delays with the shipping company, TRIMM Copenhagen cannot be held accountable.

Be aware that orders to islands can sometimes have a longer delivery time.

If your order is delayed during shipping, please check the content of the parcel. If the parcel or its content is damaged, you should report it to TRIMM Copenhagen immediately or within two days of delivery, and then return it to us. TRIMM is not responsible for items that are damaged during transport. We always pack the orders with great care, so the risk of damage during shipping is as minimal as possible.

Be aware that we only deliver to the pavement and do not carry up. If you have special needs in this regard, send us an email when you order.

Returns

Returning  items

When shopping on trimmcopenhagen.com, you have the right to return items, including sale items, within two weeks of delivery. Then you have to inform us that you regret your purchase and we will send you a return label or schedule a pick-up on pallet orders. All returned products should be unused and in the same condition as upon delivery.

When we have received your parcel back and verified the return, we will transfer the money to your account, minus the shipping fee. We only refund to the credit card used to make the purchase. This is to avoid any illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember to include registration and account number for a possible bank transfer. Also, remember to save your tracking number as documentation that the parcel has been sent. Returning expenses lie upon the customer.

Exchange items

If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest returning your first purchase like described above and then ordering a new product instead. If your product has an inner bag and you just want another color, please only exchange the cover of the furniture or cushion, saving unnecessary shipping resources and costs.

Right to complaint

All items are subject to the law of 24 months of right to complain. This means that, as a customer, you can complain about flaws in the product that occur within the first 24 months of the purchase.

The right to complaint doesn’t cover flaws or damage created from wrong use, lack of maintenance, or regular wear and tear.

TRIMM doesn’t cover any delivery expenses regarding returns by complaint or warranty.

Sold out products

If an item that you are interested in should be out of stock or sold out, feel free to contact us on E-mail: [email protected]. We will inform you about the possibility of restocking or putting you on a waiting list.

Payments

On this website, you can pay with credit cards and debit cards such as VISA, EURO/MASTERCARD and Maestro card.
The money will not be withdrawn from your account before we send the parcel from our storage. All prices are indicated in EUR and 25% Danish tax is included in the price.

Safety

safety on trimmcopenhagen.com is a high priority of ours. All communication between our payment system and the credit card holder happens through an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). In other words, it is only PBS who has access to your data. Neither TRIMM Copenhagen or others can see your data in case of a purchase. At TRIMM Copenhagen, all your information is 100% confidential and we guarantee that no one gets access to it.

This data will be saved along with information about what items you purchased. It will be saved for 5 years. According to Personal Data Act, hereafter the information will be deleted.

Information is not given or sold to third-party, unless it is regarding a restructuring or part of the company is sold. All transfers of information will happen according to current laws on personal data.
