By shopping on this website, you automatically accept the general terms and conditions listed below. We therefore recommend that you read them carefully before making a purchase on trimmcopenhagen.com.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders from TRIMM Copenhagen are delivered by the freight company Dachser, while smaller orders are shipped via UPS. We typically dispatch within 10 business days, depending on the order size. If you purchase backordered items, longer delivery times should be expected. TRIMM Copenhagen is not liable for delays caused by the shipping company.
Please note that orders to islands may sometimes have longer delivery times.
If your order is delayed during shipping, please check the package contents. If the package or its contents are damaged, you must report this immediately or no later than two days after delivery to TRIMM Copenhagen and return the package to us. TRIMM is not responsible for items damaged during transport. We pack all orders with great care to minimize the risk of transport damage.
Please note that we only deliver to the curbside and do not carry items inside. If you have special requests in this regard, please email us when placing your order.
RETURNS
Returning Items
When shopping at trimmcopenhagen.com, you have the right to return items, including discounted items, within two weeks of delivery. Please inform us if you wish to return an item, and we will provide a return label or arrange a pickup for pallet orders. All returned products must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs to the credit card account used for payment. To prevent misuse of stolen credit cards, refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. Please keep your tracking number as proof of shipment. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

EXCHANGING ITEMS
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning it as described above and placing a new order. For products with an inner bag, you can also exchange only the cover to save unnecessary shipping resources and costs.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
All items are covered by a 24-month statutory warranty. This means that as a customer, you can claim defects in the product within 24 months of purchase.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS
If an item is out of stock, please contact us via email at info@trimmcopenhagen.com. We will inform you about possible restocking or place you on a waiting list.
PAYMENTS
On this website, you can pay with credit cards such as VISA, EURO/MASTERCARD, and Maestro.
The amount is only deducted from your account when the package is shipped from our warehouse.
All prices are listed in EUR and include 25% Danish VAT.
SECURITY
Security on trimmcopenhagen.com is a top priority. All payments are processed through an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). TRIMM Copenhagen does not have access to your payment details. All information is treated with 100% confidentiality.
