Terms & Conditions

Welcome to TRIMM Copenhagen. By placing an order on our webshop, you automatically accept the following terms and conditions. We therefore recommend reading them carefully before making a purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Production & Delivery Time

At TRIMM Copenhagen, most of our furniture is made to order in our European production facility.

This means production begins only once your order has been confirmed. This allows us to avoid overproduction and unnecessary stock while ensuring high quality, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Estimated delivery times:

Furniture, sofas & lounge sets
Approximately 3–4 weeks

Accessories & smaller products
(cushions, covers, smaller accessories, etc.)
Typically 7–14 business days

During peak season, selected bestsellers may be available from stock and can therefore be delivered faster.

Shipping

TRIMM Copenhagen works with fixed shipping rates based on product size and volume. Shipping costs are always clearly shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

For orders containing multiple products, shipping is automatically calculated based on the largest product category in your order.

Delivery

Smaller shipments are typically delivered by UPS.

Larger furniture orders and pallet shipments are delivered via DACHSER or a similar freight partner.

Please note:

  • Delivery is made to curbside, driveway, or main entrance
  • Larger furniture is typically delivered on a pallet
  • The carrier may contact you in advance for larger deliveries
  • Deliveries to islands or remote areas may require additional transit time

If you require indoor delivery or special delivery arrangements, please contact us before placing your order.

Transport Damage

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery.

If the packaging or product has been damaged during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To request a return, please contact:

Returned products must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Complaints & Warranty

All products are covered by a 24-month warranty under applicable consumer legislation.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper use
  • Lack of maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear

Payments

Payments are only captured once your order has been shipped or production has started.

Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes and VAT where relevant.

Governing Law

All purchases made from TRIMM Copenhagen are governed by Danish law.
