Returning Items

When shopping at TRIMM Copenhagen, you have the right to return your order, including sale items, within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at:

Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

All returned products must be:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• Returned in their original packaging where possible

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are processed only to the original payment method for security reasons.

We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new order online.

For selected products with removable covers, such as cushions or furniture with inner bags, we encourage exchanging only the cover where possible. This helps reduce unnecessary shipping and supports a more responsible production approach.
