Delivery & Shipping

Production & Delivery Time

At TRIMM Copenhagen, all furniture is made to order in our production facility in Europe.

This means we only begin production once your order has been placed. By producing on demand, we avoid overproduction and unnecessary stock while ensuring high quality, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Estimated delivery times:

Furniture & Lounge Sets

Approximately 3–4 weeks

Accessories

(Cushions, covers, smaller accessories, etc.)
Typically 7–21 business days

During peak season, selected bestsellers may be available from stock and can therefore be delivered faster.


Shipping Rates

We work with fixed shipping rates based on product size and volume. Your shipping cost will always be clearly shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping rates apply across Europe and selected international markets.

Please note: We currently do not offer direct-to-consumer delivery to Norway.
Customers in Norway are kindly referred to our official retail partner, Milla Lab.

Single Furniture Piece / Sofa Module

For orders containing multiple products, shipping is automatically calculated based on the largest product category in your order.


Promotions & Free Shipping

During selected campaign periods, TRIMM Copenhagen may offer free shipping on selected products or categories.

Free shipping is often used as an alternative to traditional percentage discounts and will always be clearly communicated in the webshop.


Delivery

Smaller shipments are typically delivered with UPS.
Larger furniture orders and pallet shipments are delivered via DACHSER or a similar freight partner.

Please note:

  • Delivery is made to curbside, driveway, or main entrance
  • Larger furniture is typically delivered on a pallet
  • For larger deliveries, the driver will contact you in advance
  • Deliveries to islands or remote areas may require additional transit time

If you require indoor delivery or special delivery arrangements, please contact us before placing your order.


Receiving Your Order

We recommend inspecting your delivery upon arrival.

If the packaging or product has been damaged during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Why do I pay for shipping?

TRIMM Copenhagen furniture is produced to order in Europe and requires specialized transportation due to size and volume. We have chosen to keep shipping costs transparent rather than hiding them in the product price.

Do the shipping rates apply across all shops?

Yes, the same shipping structure applies across our TRIMM Copenhagen webshops (.dk, .de and .com).

Can delivery times become longer?

During busy periods or for custom production, delivery times may vary slightly. If anything changes, we will always keep you informed.

Can I combine multiple products in one delivery?

Yes. Shipping is automatically calculated based on the largest product category in your order.

What happens if there is a delay?

If there are changes to your confirmed delivery timeline, we will keep you updated throughout the process.
